All our catering, boards and cakes can be ordered from our online store for either pickup or delivery to certain areas. If you have missed the order cut-off time and need something urgently, please get in contact with us via phone or email to see what options we have.

Our checkout process allows you to select a date for your order and choose between pick up and delivery.

Each option has limited slots available to allow us to ensure we can cater to your order at the time it is required.

If you are unable to find a time for the day required that suits or if you need to change the day/time slot for an order already placed, please get in contact with us via phone or email.

We understand plans change and can accommodate cancellations, however the
following will apply:

  • Cancellations by 3pm at least 5 business days before, will incur no fee.
  • Cancellations by 3pm up to 2 business days beforehand will incur a 50% fee of the total invoice.
  • Cancellations less than 2 days beforehand up to the same day of booking will incur full charge and no refund.

Unfortunatley once we place an order with our suppliers and it has arrived we are unable to return it and as such have to have the above mentioned policy in place.

As everything is made to order we are unable to reuse produce and need to cover the costs already incurred in the preparation of your order.

To order from our deli kitchen menu, hop onto Uber Eats or Doordash where both pickup and delivery options are available.

In the event that there is an issue with your order once it has been picked up or delivered, please get in contact with us on 02 8018 4770.

Please provide the name for the order and a brief description of the issue you encountered so that we may address it in a timely manner.
