The ham for the Christmas table or just for an amazing ham sandwich! Now available for preorder and ready for pickup from now right up until Christmas Eve.
Hams: These are from the Pastrol smallgoods smokehouse and have a beautiful double-smoked flavour. The ham is cooked (bone-in) and smoked over a secret blend of wood to give it the amazing flavour it has become known for. They start from around 4kg and range up to about 10kgs.
Prepped and Glaze: We can also clean up our ham, stud it with cloves and prepare our signature maple glaze so that it is ready to go in the oven on Christmas Day.
NOTES:
- Hams are sold by the kilo and the listed prices are an average. Once your order is placed we will weigh and adjust the pricing accordingly. We will endeavour to select a ham as close as possible to the weight selected.
- Hams can be bought as is (Just the Ham) or prepared and ready to go in the oven (Trimmed and Ready). If you select the prepared option we will trim and score your ham for you and give you a tub of our signature maple glaze to baste it to perfection with instructions if needed.
